The breakfast was lovely. The room was clean but would have been much more appealing if it had been refurbished.

The room I stayed in (10) was to the rear of the property. The 'shower' was mearly a trickle. The room is in some need of modernising and TLC. Most of the floorboards and stairs creek so if any other guests move around you are woken up, thats if you don't have guests below because any noise they make is loud enough to disturb. Price and proximity was the reason for staying here. I cannot comment on staff as I was quickly shown to my room and that was it.
