This is a great alternative to traditional gyms, particularly for those with limited time and those who are new to exercise. Groups are small, with a personal trainer over seeing activity and giving encouragement where it is needed - good fun and a great all over workout!
Fantastic concept and it really works, great for weight loss and for people like me who haven't exercised for a while. Great team too. Highly recommended.
Ive had a great workout with Christine and the team at Hit Zone in Shrewsbury. Its not like any regular gym, the machine you use can be used by anyone from the super fit to your average couch potato. Just try it once and make your own mind up...you wont be disappointed.
