Always clean and tidy. Staff are extremely friendly and other members of the club help to build a very welcoming community within the gym. Plenty of classes to choose from and always space to do your own thing
I went to the Shrewsbury club (28/12/18) with my girlfriend as a Christmas present and we were appalled by both the cleanliness and staff at the club. Had a meal at the restaurant upstairs after relaxing in the morning but was surprised at how slow they were to take orders, they also forgot to give me a hash brown after ordering it (TWICE) and then having to return to the desk after two lengthy waits without anything being served to us and finished my meal still waiting for my hash brown! After this we then went and had a session in their mud treatment room, which wasn't too bad but then after this we were greeted by HUMAN EXCREMENT in their family changing room! Would not recommend to ANYONE unless they don't mind having POO in their changing room with them! After all of this we were again faced with rude staff who wouldn't even tell us where our towels and robes were meant to go so just had to leave them in the changing room and leave!

Hi just joined and it seems ok ,wife likes the tennis the lay out ok .not really overly impressed with service all seems a little clicky but new so we will see what happens. Would really like to see more attention to detail especially in the area of cleaning, the cafe area seems to take an age for tables to be cleared. Found it quite amusing/ annoying when I was waiting to be served at the bar where the young chap was on his own doing quite a decent job while one of his colleagues was just beyond the double doors which have vision panels in on the phone doing absolutely nothing. Like I say we shall see how it goes it's quite good but..... Well only what I noticed.
Great facilities. Excellent range of classes. On-site spa and restaurant.The more you use it the better value it is
