Fantastic gym. Welcomed me in whilst I was working in the area. Brilliant week rate with friendly and enthusiastic staff. Excellently equipped and pleasure to use. If you're in the area, it's the place to be.

Quiet and friendly staff. Needs a few things bolting down. Like benches etc. But overall a great place to train.
