Ive been a member at the Gym almost 2 years and must say the variety of equipment and classes is great. All the staff and Personal Trainers are professional and do everything they can to make you feel supported and challenged with achieving your goals. I definitely recommend this Gym to anyone who wants a great Gym experience at a reasonable and affordable price.
Excellent gym, with excellent team that are always willing to help out with advice for your training or just to help out on a piece of equipment.
Classes are easy to book on, always spaces, no need to book 6 days in advance!! The gym and changing rooms are very clean , would like the changing room to be a bit warmer and also the water for showering, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for, and it really is excellent value for money . All the staff seem very leadant and helpful .
I have tried many Gyms in the area. Xercise 4 Less is by far and away the best.VERY helpful and friendly staff, top quality equipment, well laid out.Excellent value for money. Will be recommending to everyone I know who goes to or is looking for a Gym
I had a great experience there. I went there to do a sponsored cycle and then got a free pass for a day. The staff are lovely and the gym is set out nicely
