Always great to look for a bargain.
Not a huge carpark for the store, but certainly adequate. The entrance to the store was at pavement level, making it wheelchair/pram friendly. The store had a bright feel to it, was laid out well and had prices clearly displayed. The staff were cheerful, exceptionally helpful and clearly passionate about their work. When enquiring about an item that was not in the store, the staff immediately looked for the item in other branches.

Absolutely atrocious service, had a 6ft wall unit & 2 matching smaller units to donate, which I explained the size of when booking the donation, date was given for collection 01/10 - 01/10 arrived no collection!! only to be told it would be 04/10 I then had too rearrange someone to be at my property for a second time as I work full time, driver's arrive only to be told they don't take big units because they don't sell!!! I have seen 6ft wall units in the store myself & if you look at the pictures they post there is a 6ft wall unit in one on them. I shall never donate to Reviive again & will tell all my friends & family not to do so either
It's a charity/recycling furniture and home store. I disagree about the pricing - the charity wins and the landfill loses. That's a good thing. If you want cheaper, bid online.
