We did a lot of research previous to visiting to try and ascertain what might be best for us. We needed to actually see and sit on some beds. Dreams show beds are frankly very grubby looking. They're exorbitantly expensive! The staff are fairly scruffy and rather than coming across as informative the woman who attempted to assist us was a know it all who knew bugger all. We got far superior advice and help next door but one in Benson's for Beds. And contrary to your dire warnings madam, we did end up purchasing our bed from the internet - from a returnable source - at a hugely competitive price there's no way you could have price matched and it is exactly what we desired and is not crippling us thank you.
