I used their facilities for two months. Found the facilities good and the staff helpful at first, until I went to vacate. They would not refund the deposit back on to the original card that it was taken from. After unreturned calls I was promised the deposit by the end of the week, which didn't happen. Certainly wouldn't recommend this company
Have used Shrewsbury Storage King a few times and the service is great - the team is genuinely really helpful and flexible. Thanks today to manager Tim who helped us out of a hole. Much appreciated!
