What can I say, we were so surprised at the ease of the whole process of moving our belongings into storage. It was all so daunting but with the help of Denise who it as so easy, we now have taken on 75 sqft in Shrewsbury to store our possessions while we travel a little. I thought it would be such a hard thing to get used to and was worried about security but there was no need for all the worry at all! Some points so far. 1. The knowledge that nobody can get in or out without a code makes me feel confident that our things are safe.2. Everything was explained so good by Denise that it was painless, she even got me a coffee after driving from Ireland through the night. It was so welcome, thank you. 3. The facility is top notch, I feel safe and secure anytime I have dropped things off.4. We have a motorhome so I was worried about parking, NO PROBLEM! there is ample parking and even a subway right next to the building or a short walk to Tesco's if you don't live in Shrewsbury like us and need a food or coffee fix.5. Always greeted with a smile /wave which makes having your possessions in storage a little more bearable. 6. I'm new to the area so don't know my way around but Rentaspace is in a great location and easy access from the main routes. Everything was just perfect and meant we could focus elsewhere. Excellent service. 24 hour access to the unit if required. Great price too. I hired the 150 sq ft unit to move from our 3 bed semi. This might have seemed too large but with a large shed and garage also it soon filled up. Easy and secure with the keypad entry and trolleys etc to use on site. Definitely would use again if I needed storage space. Oh and you can rent by the week rather than a month at a time like most storage places.
The staff are wonderful and this is the second time I've had a storage lockup from them. The staff member, Lynn, who sorted it all out went above and beyond to cater to my unorthodox situation and helped remove a large amount of stress from the moving process. I just want to thank Lynn and all the team for making and running a great business
