Went for breakfast after a Park Run. It was fabulous. Proper food, well cooked. Great home made baked beans. Really unusual menu, reassuringly short. Should have come before. We well we back for the Friday night taster menu. Thank you.
A great restaurant, ran by a wonderful family. Locally sourced food and it tastes fantastic. I visited with my partner on a one off burger night. We were not disappointed. There was a vast menu and the burgers were to die for. Patty that would melt in the mouth. (my mouth is watering up thinking about it) they also do amazing breakfasts and fantastic evening meals. I haven't tried the lunch time menu, so cannot comment. Worth a visit at this quirky, family run establishment.
Went to CSONS for dinner when staying in Shrewsbury over the New Year. This place had a small menu, but all the dishes I had were very tasty. Service was polite and friendly.
One of our favourite restaurants in Shrewsbury. If anyone visits, this is our goto place. Friendly staff and the quality of the food is always high. You won't be disappointed, save space for a dessert. If you're visiting on a weekend, book in advance.
The *most* top quality food in the whole of Shrewsbury and in fact beyond. I come from Melbourne, where we have a strong foodie culture and expect nothing less than excellent. Csons never fail to deliver. Not once. Great art on the walls too ;)
