Unhelpful, rude staff who refuse to assist with parcels from Royal Mail online services, whilst other Post Offices can take the same items without a hitch. I would rather walk barefoot the length and breadth of the country to deliver our mail then grace them with any of my business.

An excellent service every time I have used the Abbey Foregate Post Office. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and have a great rapport with customers. I go there quite regularly and every single time I receive and experienc a consistently professional, supportive service.
