Nothing much to say about a beer pickup. Guys were pleasant enough and a box of beer was waiting for me. Located just round the back of the Salopian brewery.

Super unfortunate to post a negative review for RAD beer but here we are. I have purchased many beers from this seller and had been well packaged and with good shipping. However I then received a poor quality batch, made this point to RAD beer and was met with resistance, denial, and refusal to cover return shipping costs. In fairness they did offer to refund remaining units but after my costs of returning the beers I don't find this particularly practical. Also as a customer I would not want to receive products from others who have returned (lack of refrigeration) which appears to be how they conduct their business. No doubt they will disagree with my interpretation of what is a fair resolution but hey - I have been a good customer, I had enjoyed all I purchased and then the one time I have a valid concern they are not interested so this is not a business I wish to support.
These boys know their beer and the customer service is second to none.
Gave me some beer that went out of date 2 days after they arrived, and i just wanted something nice to drink other than whisky during Christmas.
