If I could give MINUS STAR POINTS, I would!!! THE WORST, THE LEAST RESPECTFUL AND LEAST RESPECTIBLE taxi company I have EVER encountered! Drivers are not to blame but the operators give different times than drivers can manage so the delays are HUGE! Dont expect to get on time with them at ANY POINT!And they dont even take responsibility for that!Yesterday I have ordered a taxi between 6:10-6:15 pm and I have been told that it would be there in couple of minutes. I waited outside Long so called again. The lady put me on hold to check where my driver was and she never got back to me! I have been disconnected! I called AGAIN and that was the same situation! When I called for the third time it was already late and I have been told that my taxi will be in 5-7 minutes I was very nervous as I needed to get on the train to PICK MY MOTHER FROM THE AIRPORT AND THAT WAS THE ONLY TRAIN THAT WOULD TAKE ME ON TIME. Taxi driver was there to pick me up after 10 minutes and I had only 5 minutes left to the departure which meant that if the train was on time, it was mission impossible to make it there. I still went praying for delay. Driver, bless him, did what he could, and was angry at the situation himself. EVEN THE DRIVERS say that they are being given times to get to the destination which are impossible to do and it is them who encounter customers who are disappointed and angry often with them instead of blaming the operators or the head of the company!!! In the end, I got late on that train terrified thinking about my mother standing on the airport, not knowing the language and completely alone!!!!!! I called the company and they took NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE and what have they done? They LIED TO ME ABOUT TIMES OF ARRIVALS, TREATED ME WITH COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT AND IN THE END THEY HAD THE NERVE TO SAY IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT!!!!!!!!! When I said I wanted compensation - a driver taking me to Crewe - they were more than willing to get me a driver but expecting me to pay for it!!!! What A NERVE!!!!! After all this stress and disrespectful treatment they expected me to pay them!!!!! In the end I was put in the situation where I had to pay a taxi driver (from another company - I will never EVER give my money to THIS pseudo company again!!) to take me to Crewe where I was changing for Liverpool. That costed me 80!!!!!!! Another thing is important to notice - when I have been told that I would get a driver within 5-7 minutes and he still didnt come on time, I called again and then was THE FIRST TIME when I have heard an automatic message your driver is on his way... - SERIOUSLY???? After so many calls????? That makes me think that my previous booking was a fiction!!!! No one has booked a taxi for me earlier and I waited this whole time for nothing!!!! - what else can I have on my mind?????? So my advise - DO NOT USE COMET CARS!!!If you do - DONT EXPECT to be on time, DO NOT EXPECT professional and reliable information, DO NOT EXPECT to be treated respectfully and MOST OF ALL- DO NOT EXPECT ANY COMPENSATION!All that you would hear is Im really sorry and bunch of ridiculous, liar excuses like the roads are wet and its slippery, the traffic is bad etc. Yesterday the roads were not wet, it was not slippery and when I got into the car and asked the driver about the traffic, he said, according to truth (I was watching the road) that it is not too bad. What IS BAD is this company - COMET CARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Used for the first time last night, picked us up quickly. Excellent service, text messages to keep you informed. Driver was very polite and chatty. Car was lovely inside & out. Will use again. Definitely recommend

Booked a taxi on their app, it turns up the next street down the road (not for the address we booked) so we walk towards it and despite my frantic waving it drives off! We phoned it in but they implied it was our fault and wed have to wait for the next one in a half hour. App now deleted and we got our cab from Vincents the old fashioned way with just a 10 min wait...
