Very friendly and approachable staff, who couldnt do enough to ensure I had a great experience in store. I was greeted in store by Sandra who gave me a very warm welcome, the perfect balance of excellent customer service, genuine but not intrusive (and makes a great cup of coffee!). I would recommend anyone who is looking for a car to speak to Mitch as he was very knowledgeable. It was a great experience from start to finish.

First experience with Car store. First seen by Michaela who was friendly and chatty and very patient and helpful. She found us just the thing that we wanted and was not at all pushy at all. We then had to change to speak a guy called Joe who helped us out with the finances. He was helpful and not pushy. We did purchase a car from here and are due to to collect it on Friday. The process has been quick and relatively straight forward. Fingers crossed no problems with the vehicle.
