Nice place with small eclectic shops. Clean toilets and even a decent cafe.
Small shopping centre with lots of great, small independent shops inside what used to be a hospital. Also has a few local cafes with good food and a view over the river and city.
Lovely little shopping arcade. Just a bit of a pain that being disabled in a chair u have to go around the back to get in. I was on crutches so couldn't walk around the back as it was too far. Struggled with the stairs a bit, especially when people are rushing past. I appreciate its an old listed building, but access needs rethinking.
A central shopping centre served by a bus station and multi-storey car park with tight car parking spaces. Shrewsbury main line railway station is located within 300 metres. Main retail shops include M&S, WH Smith (with post office), Home Bargains and QVC outlet. Others e.g. Boots are within easy walking distance. A number of cafes are located within the centre.The shopping centre has some vacant units and seems to have potential but there is something distinctly sadly lacking that keeps it in the "2nd Division".
Converted old hospital, lovely exterior and right in the middle of town. Interesting array of small shops, from clothing to vintage dinky cars. Useful seamstress on lower floor and excellent Asian food shop. The cafe terrace has great views of the Severn, but the cafe looks less appealing and hardly ever seems open when I visit. Worth a look if visiting Shrewsbury.
