Friendly staff nice things
Bought many shoes but today asked to leave due to our golden doodle. Dogs not allowed all of a sudden. Ben in at least 5 times with a lovely welcome. Today pompous jobsworth.
Visited with my wife on a 'hot and sticky' afternoon as my wife had been impressed by some shoes she had bought several years ago from Hotter in Shrewsbury. The store had air conditioning in the customer area and the shop assistant , Rikki ,was rushing serving several customers at the same time. We were very impressed with the shop and it's stock choice. Rikki measured my wife's feet and rapidly found stock choice and colour that she might like. He was able to find the correct size of the type of shoe and offered to order in other colours to be delivered to our home at no extra charge. My wife also tried on sandals but was unsure so we decided to buy two pairs of shoes. One pair has to be delivered to our house at no extra cost. We were greatly surprised when we paid as there was an offer that made the second pair 50% off.A great shop really pleased with the experience and service
