Good camp site. Clean tidy toilets and a nice spot to put canoes and kayaks in the water too.
Easy to book if camping recommend the orchard was lovely and quiet and nice walks along the river. Toilets clean would invest in papers towels though. Thanks for a nice stay.
A lovely campsite on the banks of the river seven, verryy friendly and helpful owners. Great for fishing (rods etc can be hired from owners) pitches on field or next to river, also s ome in an orchard where you can pick your own fruit, a pub that does nice food just a 5 minute walk away with another that does fantastic food just a few minutes drive away. Great farm shop just a 5 minute drive. Great mobile phone coverage.Very peaceful site, loved it
10 weeks of hassle free caravaning. We were stuck in an awkward situation with moving house, leaving a 10 week gap between moving out and completion on our new property.We spoke to Severn house camp site and straight away they were understanding about our situation.The site owners are both very nice people and work around the clock to keep the site and facilities highly maintained. Absolutely fantastic site for camping or caravans - we camped and Betina & Ian were so friendly and welcoming! Such a quiet lovely site, the orchard was a bonus. Fresh fruit daily - facilities were cleaned regularly and were always fresh despite the amount of human traffic passing through the Loos and Showell cubicle. A short walk from a local pub and just ten minutes into Shrewsbury town. Situated long side the beautiful river Severn. Friendly campers and amazing owners made our weekend just perfect! Be back soon x
