Having now rented out two of my properties, in the last twelve months, I would like to express my gratitude to all at Cooper Green Pooks for the work that they have done. On both occasions the process, from my requesting a valuation to the houses being marketed, has been both swift and seamless. The marketing shots have been great and the assistance in having the energy performance certificates and gas safety certificates prepared for me, meant that I didnt have to worry about arranging them myself. Once the properties were being marketed the communication from the lettings team was excellent, with all the necessary information being relayed to me so that I could make an informed decision on which applicant I wished to go with. On both cases the tenants have been perfect, both signed 12 month agreements (as I had requested) and both signed up at relatively short notice, meaning that the houses werent empty long at all. After being provided a very comprehensive inventory, coupled with copies of invoices for professional cleans before the tenant moved in, I was really happy with the entire process and would highly recommend Cooper Green Pooks to any prospective landlords. From the other side of the fence, both of my tenants also expressed (to me) what a pleasure it was dealing with the office when applying to rent the houses. Approached Cooper Green Pooks in person on a Saturday morning with a prepared 4 page appraisal describing real estate we were seeking a valuation upon to hopefully extend to a commission for them to sell on our behalf - it is now Tuesday evening and thus far we have received two telephone calls advising us of how busy they are and that they will get back to us .... seriously???
