An independent pharmacy who Boot's and Sainsbury's recommend visiting when they can't supply particular medicines. Staff are very friendly. Parking can be an issue.
Been using Lunts at Hereford Road for years now, for my regular medications. Staff always friendly and helpful. Now use delivery service too. Delivery drivers extra friendly. Any delivery enquiries aimed at store always dealt with efficiently, and in a friendly manner. Thanks Lunts.

I've been using this chemist on a regular basis for the last month now. The staff and pharmacists are always friendly and greet you with a smile.
The most unprofessional, rude staff at any pharmacy (or any type of shop) I have ever been to. I walked in and was ignored, before giving the woman behind the counter my prescription to look at.She snapped at me "you don't pay for prescriptions do you?" before I had said anything. I informed her that yes, I do pay for prescriptions. She then barked something about the medication in a rude tone, in front of other customers (thought pharmacy staff were supposed to be discreet about such things).Then she didn't say another word, leaving me confused as to what to do - she stared at the card reading machine so I put my card in and paid - then she continued to ignore me! So I stood there and fortunately it turned out they had my medication in stock. A very rude pharmacist/technician person brusqely handed me my medication and didn't even ask for my name/first line of address, which I thought was a legal requirement?!All in all a horrible experience, do not go to Lunts! (This is a review for the Lunts in Roushill, Shrewsbury, I couldn't find the review page on Google)
