At first we thought these guys were great, and used them regularly for 2/3 months. Then one day they rung us up and said we needed to collect our dog because it was BARKING. Yes my dog got kicked out because he was barking. They claimed they were getting complaints from the council and neighbours!.....its a doggydaycare!!! This excuse is celearly nonesense. I would never use these guys again as i feel the minute my dog actually needed them to be professional and try to see what was causing him destress they just gave up on him.
Our cocker spaniel puppy started going to wags at about 13 weeks old and has been going 2 days a week ever since!! I was so nervous leaving such a little thing with strangers but as soon as I met Steph I was instantly reassured. He gets picked up and dropped off in their van and literally jumps out of our arms into the girls who collect him. They give him so much attention and love its amazing to witness! The pictures and videos put on Facebook during the day prove how much fun they are having and he comes back so tired after a day of adventures! Steph has kindly introduced him to his first lots of grooming for us and the other dogs have really helped train him and make him into a lovely well socialised dog. Its lovely to see him growing up as part of the wag family!! We cant recommend wags and whiskers and all their team enough! Herbie will be going for many years to come!! Thank you Wags and whiskers!!

Rufus adores his time at Wags and Whiskers! So much so that he spends his holidays with Steph and the team when we go away! Just look at their facebook page for evidence of how much fun the dogs have!
Genuinely excellent service from Steph and the team. I am delighted with the care and attention my dog Dave is shown, and it is clear that the staff all love the dogs and treat them as if they were their own. Dave loves coming to daycare, and is worn out and contented at the end of the day. Worth every penny, thank you.
