Rather lacklustre in terms if history, so I do not recommend it for any historians. But it did have a farm shop and restaurant which were both very nice so that's worth a visit. Ultimately, it isn't a place I'd return to.
Very good. Excellent service. Adjusted items on the menu with no quibbles at all & assisted over & above on this particular day. Staff very accomodating. Friendly & professional
Great farm shop and superb restaurant . Food is moderately priced and waiting staff are attentive and nice. Menu is wide ranging and includes vegetarian/vegan friendly. There is plenty for children to do outside at the animal farm. You can walk off the meal to the local church via a public footpath. This includes the actual Shrewsbury battlefield site too. Well worth a visit.
All of my friends said to visit this farm shop and the cafe. So I took a drive out to see what all the fuss was about and it was brilliant. A little pricey but the meat taste delicious and the pasties were great.
This is a real foodies delight with an excellent farm shop with locally sourced foods and a cafe where you can get really good food and drinks. There is also a falconry centre and a museum on site where you can find out about the battle of Shrewsbury. Something for all tastes and interests.
