Well you see I found my day out very fun I looked around the large historic building and found out a lot of cool things like Charles Darwin the inventor of evolution had his schooling in the building 100% will be coming back
A stunning building with great history to it. Well worth a look inside, even if you have no interest in books or study. That said, the views from the desks on the second floor are spectacular, and the knowledge that you may well be sitting in the same place as once did Charles Darwin as a schoolboy certainly gives pause for thought!
Beautiful library with stunning architecture. The grounds are amazing. Great collection of books also but i was definitely more impressed by the building and its heritage.
Not just a public library but an historical asset. The carvings of the alumni from the 1700s is particularly of interest.
A beautiful library that is essential to the towns vibrancy. This service is loved and cannot be lost. 14 million public books have already been lost to Austerity and Shrewsbury's shouldn't fall
