same as all above reviews total disgrace to the legal profession - i'm a client with a ground rent dispute but living outside of the U.K missed payment due to sale of ground rent without prior notice between 2 parties. Phoned to resolve and after conversation with Dan Thornton who was ENTIRELY UNREASONABLE looks like i will be paying 450+ in additional charges for the sending of a single templated letter..UTTERLY DISGUSTING...AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Very dodgy company indeed unable and unwilling to provide any evidence (invoices) of any supposed searches or work they say they've undertaken.
Absolutely disgusted with their service and how they treat people. They have been harassing me for over 5 years now ! I'm keeping repeating myself every year with the proof I have! Disgrace! They should not be trading !!

Toxic Company. Dan Thomson who I have been dealing with is rude and does not want to help vulnerable people. He seams to enjoy being toxic. They will put massive fees onto a small amount owed. They do not give clear emails as to where the fees come from. They also have a history of wanting to add onto peoples mortgage. They only give you a few days to pay.Overtime you go to pay they add on 15.00 and add on additional VAT. Where does this 15.00 come fromI wonder how many people have killed themselves from dealing with them. Must be horrible to work for a company that enjoys inflicting misery, suffering and mental health upon people. I would suggest every person who comes into contact with this toxic company contacts there MP. This 'company' should not be allowed to deal with people and make up costs. There needs to be clear legislation to govern 'companies' like this.
