Good size machines the staff are friendly and helpful as I'm a novice, got 2 huge loads done here washed and dried for 15 I bet you could get a single load dine for about 8 or just dry your pre-washed clothes for around 3 or 4 quid

Too many dryers always broken. The ones that do occasionally work are always being used by the Dry cleaning side of the business. Avoid if you can
Cheap dryers. Could do with fixing the broken machines... a there can sometimes be a wait for dryers. Open on a weekend which is great
Rated this as a 1 to start with.Have been having my dry cleaning and duvets done here for a while and usually ok. Today I left a double mattress topper to be washed and dried, paid 16.80 I returned at 4 pm and took a look a it with Sarah who was working there. There were black dust marks all over it and the stains still on it and it definitely didn't smell like it had been cleaned. I mentioned this to Sarah who said they use no perfume detergent and it would have been washed. When laid out it had black dust marks all over and was clear to anyone that it wasn't clean. When I complained she was dismissive and very unhelpful. I'm back tomorrow to see the manageress fingers crossed this is just a one off experience. Unfortunately the manageress wasn't in but a lady called Sharon confirmed it had been washed. I showed her the dust on it and she agreed to re-wash it. She was really nice and provided a really good service. She did say that Sarah had had a difficult day, not sure this is an excuse for the way I was treated, not a pleasant experience.
