Where do I start? Well I went with a breitling watch for repair of which I purchased from another goldsmith store and I was served by a very well dressed, courteous gentleman by the name of Jon he made me feel though I was the only customer and royalty there was nothing to much trouble he offered me a drink (I chose a glass of red wine,because I know you will be wanting to know) there was no profit nor sale made by me ,and if I was looked after like that well, let's just say the next time I purchase jewellery or a watch it will only be from goldsmiths of Shrewsbury the gentleman Jon is a prime asset to goldsmith many many thanks John
