Clinicians and reception staff always friendly and helpful . A difficult job for all, especially with patient high expectation svthese days. Keep us the good work.
I have attended this surgery for over twenty years. During that time the the expectations and workload on the staff staff increased enormously, yet I have always received a timely and professional response to any complaint.(With one exception when I saw a rude locum). I don't always see the same GP, but feel I get a fantastic service from whomever I see and I would like to thank all reception, health care assistants, nurses and GP's for providing me with excellent care.
I have recently had to attend the practice for a variety of different reasons , I have always been able to see a doctor and had good treatment , always been treated courteously by all staff . They are all working under pressure well done .
I cannot thank the staff at this medical practice enough. They treat me with respect and care and have been so helpful and professional during my visits, which I have never experienced before in the previous practices I have been to. I am so thankful.
Unfortunately the reception staff block on access to doctors and nurses. This is hugely frustrating and damaging to patient care. The doctors and nurses are excellent when you get to see them but the challenge to get to talk to anyone other than a receptionist or to get a prescription or repeat prescription beggars belief because the reception staff are so obstructive. This practice needs to review its systems, processes and focus the reception staff on being helpful and not obstructive. The medical care is ***** but the ** review reflects the challenge of getting access to the medical support.
