Love love love this shop. Loads of lovely home stuff, so much choice and at good prices. Love browsing cos gives you lots of ideas and which hasnt cost you the earth when the trend changes. Easy to get to and a bonus that Dunelm is over the road although more pricey.
Good shop dreadful staff. Seems to be that Shrewsbury store is renowned for the dreadful attitude of their staff. From top down absolutely abysmal. We were horrified at the lack of knowledge about goods also reluctance to assist in the first place or to go and seek advice from other staff. Goodness me it really is off putting - time to pull your socks up -get some basic manners and improve your skills. Won't be back in a hurry!
Love this place. Friendly staff and a wide variety of products and prices. Loads of arts and crafts, stationary, home furnishings (decor mainly), small appliances, etc. I normally only go in four one thing but can easily spend a few hours in here and end up spending more than I should. :-p
I always enjoy going there, value for money, wide range of goods to buy, household, electrical, hobbies, clothing, furniture, decor and many more. Staff friendly and helpful, escalators and lift access. The coffee shop is very good whether it's just a coffee, tea or cakes, sandwiches, baked potatoes, atmosphere is good and table chairs comfortable highly recommend this store.
Visited on Monday 24 December 2018 after a recommendation about possible luggage / shopping trolley. The place is to find and has good parking in front of the store , turning left off Arlington Way. The store has good access with disabled parking directly next to the store. We asked the manager, who was arranging a new display by the tills. He kindly phoned an assistant who was able to meet us at the top of the escalator. They escorted us to the luggage area and found the suitable item . Unfortunately the luggage was not the size we needed for our extra tall son. The staff appear to helpful and willing to meet the customer requirements. The store appears to be well stocked with lots of items on offer at a reasonable price.
